Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of the Epsylon SaaS ERP (the "Service") operated by Epsylon (the "Publisher"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you (the "Customer") accept these Terms in full. The official binding version is the French version available at /cgv; this English version is provided for convenience.

1. Purpose

The Service is a Software-as-a-Service ERP enabling repair workshops and retail stores to manage their workshop, sales, inventory, online shop, invoicing and vehicle rental from a single web application.

2. Subscription & trial

The Customer subscribes to the Service by creating an account on epsylon-cie.fr or app-epsylon.fr. A 30-day free trial without credit card is included for all plans (Workshop, Shop, Brand). At the end of the trial, an active paid subscription is required to keep using the Service.

  • Workshop: from EUR 39 / month ex. VAT
  • Shop: from EUR 89 / month ex. VAT
  • Brand: from EUR 149 / month ex. VAT
  • Enterprise: on quote

3. Billing & payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, in EUR ex. VAT. Payment is processed by Stripe. In case of a failed payment, the Customer is notified and the account may be suspended after 7 days.

4. Customer commitments

  • Provide accurate identity and contact information.
  • Keep credentials confidential.
  • Not use the Service for any illegal activity.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service.
  • Comply with applicable laws (GDPR, tax laws, etc.).

5. Publisher commitments

5.1 Availability

The Publisher commits to a best-effort 99.5% availability over a rolling 12-month period, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance.

5.2 Security & data

Data is hosted in France in ISO 27001 certified data centres. Backups are performed daily and retained for 30 days. The Customer remains the owner of their data at all times.

6. Termination & data export

The Customer can cancel the subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. No commitment, no cancellation fee. Upon cancellation, data remains accessible for 30 days for export, then is permanently deleted (or anonymised where required by law).

7. Liability

The Publisher's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the Customer over the 12 months preceding the event causing the damage. The Publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brive-la-Gaillarde, France, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
