You take the vehicles in your fleet in standing up, next to the bench or at the counter. Photograph, describe, have them sign, send: under two minutes on a phone, instead of a paper form and a re-typing session at closing time.
The customer and their vehicle
Pick the customer — or create them — then the rented vehicle, identified by serial or frame number. If they have been in before, it is all already there.
Symptoms, and photos
Describe the fault in the customer's own words and photograph the condition you found. The dispute at pickup no longer happens.
