Epsylon is a SaaS management software and web application (ERP) for repair workshops and retail stores. It is built for professionals who repair and sell bikes, e-bikes, electric scooters and other PLEVs, motorcycles, scooters, cars, quads and light commercial vehicles.

Yes, and it is the heart of Epsylon. The mobile app lets you create a repair job at the counter or in the workshop, photograph the condition of the vehicle, scan a barcode, have the customer sign directly on the screen and send them the document. You also follow repair jobs, the team schedule, counter sales, rentals and statistics from your phone. Nothing to install: it is a web app, it opens in the phone browser and can be added to the home screen.

Yes. The electronic signature is captured with a finger or a stylus, directly on the phone or tablet screen. It is timestamped and attached to the repair job, together with the condition photos. No more paper to sign, scan and file.

That is its main strength. Epsylon is assembled à la carte: 18 modules can be switched on and off independently (sales, stock, workshop, HR and scheduling, accounting, purchasing, rental, loyalty, marketing, after-sales, customer portal, self-service kiosk, inter-store transfers and more). You then define your own roles and permissions, vehicle types, document templates, product option and variant presets, scheduling rules and automations. No two companies run the same Epsylon.

Yes. The HR and Scheduling module covers team rosters, leave and absences, clock-in, timesheets, the staff register, French pre-hire declarations (DPAE), payroll preparation and an employee portal. It is a complete area, usually missing from workshop software.

Yes. Epsylon exposes a public API with your own access keys: catalogue and stock stay in sync between the ERP and your storefront, and web orders are centralised in the software. A dedicated WooCommerce app built by Epsylon lets you wire your shop with no development; Shopify support is in the works. Card payments (Stripe) and instalments (Alma) are supported.

Yes. Epsylon supports multi-store and multi-entity setups: several points of sale, workshops, companies or franchises in a single account, with a shared catalogue, inter-store stock transfers invoiced automatically, consolidated statistics and a visibility scope you set per user.

Yes. The Fleet Rental module covers rental of scooters, bikes, motorcycles, cars and light commercial vehicles: contracts, deposits, condition reports with photos, availability calendar, pro-rata invoicing and real-time availability, including from the mobile app.

Yes. French law requires point-of-sale software to guarantee the integrity, security, retention and archiving of payment data (article 286-I-3° bis of the French Tax Code). Compliance is evidenced either by a certificate from an accredited body (NF525 or LNE) or by an individual attestation from the software publisher — the 2026 Finance Act reinstated that second route, effective 21 February 2026. Epsylon provides its publisher attestation. Documents are cryptographically signed and legally archived, and the FEC accounting file can be exported for tax audits. Epsylon is French, hosted in France.
